Residential Property Solicitor – Teignmouth

We’re working with a busy and well-regarded residential property team who are looking for an experienced residential property solicitor to join them in their Teignmouth office.

This team has built a strong reputation locally, with lots of repeat work and referrals from agents and clients, meaning you’ll be stepping into an established and busy caseload. As the residential property solicitor, you’ll be managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

You’ll be a qualified solicitor, or legal executive, with experience handling your own caseload from instruction through to post-completion. You’ll be confident in client care, well-organised and enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team.
