Property Litigation Solicitor – NQ+

We are excited to be recruiting for a property litigation solicitor to join this busy, dynamic and innovative property litigation team. This property litigation team are highly ranked and have an excellent reputation. This property litigation team are based in Exeter.

The successful property litigation solicitor can expect to advise on mattes to include development disputes, possession actions, boundary disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, nuisance, property damage and trespassing.

Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor with atleast a training seat in property litigation. If you have up to 3 years’ PQE, please apply. If this is as part of a wider litigation caseload, please still apply.

You’ll be joining wonderful modern office space in Exeter, with on site parking. There is a top of the market salary and benefits on offer for the right candidate. There is also a hybrid working policy in place.
