Corporate Solicitor – Cheltenham

Thriving, highly ranked corporate team are seeking a corporate solicitor to join them! This role offers an exciting corporate opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in the education sector. This corporate solicitor will enjoy a vibrant and inclusive working environment with a commercial, Top 100 law firm.

Role:

• Corporate solicitor working on a range of corporate matters to include sales, acquisitions, mergers, corporate finance, joint ventures and restructuring.
• Clients will include governors, bursars, commercial school groups, independent schools and more.
• Working as a ‘one stop shop’ for clients, alongside other teams, to provide an holistic approach.
• You will play an active role in business development activities, contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years of PQE in corporate law from a reputable corporate team.
• Ideally your experience will be within education, but please apply if not. You must be interested in working in this sector.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong commercial acumen and an eye for detail.
