Commercial Property Solicitor – Bristol

Legal 500 listed Commercial Property team are seeking a commercial property solicitor with atleast 2 years’ PQE to join their success. You will be joining the team in Bristol on a hybrid basis.

Role:

• As the commercial property solicitor, you will be managing a varied commercial property caseload to include; acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and development projects.
• You’ll be providing legal advice to a range of client across a range of sectors.
• Maintaining and building strong client relationships through business development activities.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 PQE in commercial property from a reputable commercial property practice.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to handle complex commercial property transactions.
• Proven business development experience.
• Good academics.
