This established practice in Cheltenham are looking to hire a corporate commercial solicitor to join their corporate commercial practice. This corporate commercial team deal with a wide range of Corporate/ Commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions , shareholder agreements, contract terms and conditions, corporate governance, data protection and more.

This corporate commercial team are looking to hire a solicitor with atleast 4 years’ PQE.
