A leading manufacturing business in the Bristol area is looking to recruit experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join its engineering team. Opportunities are available for both electrically biased and mechanically biased engineers.

The Role

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Working on conveyors, motors, drives, hydraulics, pneumatics and associated manufacturing equipment
• Contributing to plant performance, efficiency and safety initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Time-served engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, FMCG, heavy industry or industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
• Multi-skilled maintenance background
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
