  • Work closely with suppliers on quality concerns and improvements
  • Identify and reduce process risks, improving consistency and performance
  • Analyse defect trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support control plans, validation, and defect prevention activities
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to embed quality standards
  • Provide coaching on quality tools, risk management, and problem-solving methods
  • Support new product introduction and process changes

About You

We’re looking for a confident, commercially aware quality professional who can operate credibly with both customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Significant experience in a Quality Engineer or Process Engineer role within manufacturing
  • A proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships
  • Experience resolving complex quality challenges, balancing customer needs with operational realities
  • Strong background in non-conformance, root cause analysis, and corrective action
  • Knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 (or similar)
