Distribution / Logistics Scheduler – Worcester
£30,000 - £32,000 + 5% Bonus
40hr week + Hybrid Working

Our client is a world leading producer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Logistics Scheduler to join their close knit team. With sites across the world they provide genuine opportunities for progression.
Role & Responsibilities:
Efficiently schedule daily deliveries, optimizing efficiencies while meeting service level targets
Maintain and fine-tune scheduling software parameters and rules, proposing solutions to ongoing challenges
Advise Distribution team on resource allocation based on changing customer needs and fleet demands
Complete required daily reports promptly and communicate resulting actions accurately
Coordinate new customer requests, including commission fill requirements, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong analytical skills for logical problem-solving.
Decision-making ability under time and resource constraints.
Effective activity planning to meet demands.
Self-initiative and teamwork capabilities.
Proven track record of identifying and addressing customer needs proactively

40hr week (Sunday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm) + Hybrid Working
