We're Looking for an Engineering Supervisor who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Stroud. Roles/Responsibilities

Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering

Overseeing team of 2 engineers

Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities,

Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work

What We're Looking For

Multi Skilled Engineering background

Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor

Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
