Electrical Technician – Hull
£40,000 - £45,000 OTE £51,000
Monday – Friday day 39hrs + 1 in 3 on call rota

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that’s quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for an Electrical Technician to join their Engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Ensuring work is carried out following policies and procedures including issuing safe permit to work
Ensuring compliance with preventative maintenance requirements across the facility
Identify appropriate isolations and conduct start-up & shut-down processes
Carry out risk assessments, review documentation and engage in continuous improvement projects
Responding to breakdowns & reactive work, utilising PM systems
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Formal Engineering Qualification – C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained
Continuous improvement knowledge
Experienced Electrical Technician
Experience of maintaining and troubleshooting low voltage electrical equipment (HV & ATEX Advantageous)
Knowledge of process and equipment operations desirable
Strong knowledge of good engineering standards
Experience in Engineering, manufacturing or production environments
