The Role:

  • Leading QA and technical processes across the business
  • Maintaining and improving quality management systems
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Acting as the key point of contact for audits and external bodies
  • Driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Supporting and developing a small team

 

About You:

  • Experience in a quality/technical role (manufacturing, food, FMCG or similar)
  • Ready to step up or already operating at manager level
  • Confident working autonomously and making decisions
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Passionate about raising standards and making improvements
