Due to growth and expansion into various export markets they are looking for a Engineering Team Leader to join their close-knit team.
What type of person are we looking for? First and foremost, we are looking for somebody who has experience in playing an active and integral role managing the Engineering Team to ensure that all safety, quality, and legal standards are met
We are looking for someone with a Manufacturing background who will also have a good understanding of developing and coaching teams.

• Managing the engineering team in line with KPI & budget targets.
• Ensuring the team delivers effective fault diagnosis and repairs
• Managing contractors on site, liaising with suppliers
• Implementing and working to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards
• Assisting in installation of new machinery and project work.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
