SHEQ Coordinator – Taunton

Due to growth and expansion into various export markets they are looking for a SHEQ Coordinator to join their close-knit team.
What type of person are we looking for? First and foremost, we are looking for somebody who has experience in playing an active and integral role ensuring that all safety, quality, and legal standards are met
We are looking for someone with a Manufacturing background who will also have a good understanding of developing and coaching teams.

• Support SHEQ And Factory Manager in the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the manufacturing site
• Maintaining SHEQ programs and database – incident report and investigation. Internal auditing, risk assessments, health surveillance
• Maintaining accurate H&S. Environmental and Quality records
• Manage, devise and maintain quality procedures, processes, standards and specifications in relation to ISO9001
• Assisting site management team during internal and external auditing.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments
• Liaise with suppliers, internal and external customers on quality related issues
• NEBOSH Trained
Experience and Skills
- Conversant with ISO9001, 15001, 14001, 45001 standards
- Degree Qualified, educated to HND level, NEBOSH, IOSH
Benefits:
Salary - £24,000 - £26,000
