Our client is a leading manufacturer within a specialist industry. Since being founded in the early 2000’s they have grown significantly and are now looking for an Fabrication Workshop Manager to join their close knit team
Role & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the fabrication team works efficiently to achieve work targets set out by the planning team
• Promote continuous improvement throughout the team to improve and maintain the working environment
• Overseeing teams of 25, developing skill sets, personal development reviews
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Experience within fabrication / welding environments
• Experience leading teams of fabricators
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
