As Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial team and other functions as needed.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Raising job numbers
- Employee hotel bookings
- Producing safe dig reports
- Billing
- Subcontract agreement and insurance management
- Job scheduling
- Uploading quotes to the internal system
- General up-keep of documentation
- Liaison with accounts and other functions
- Maintaining database information
About You
You will have the following Essential Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE’s Grade 4-9 (A*-C) or equivalent
You will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Previous administrative experience is preferable
- Work scheduling experience would be beneficial
- Knowledge of the Utilities industry would be beneficial
You will have the following skills and personal qualities:
