Project Administrator (EJGPAIP) Chorley, England

Salary: GBP25000 - GBP27000 per annum

As Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial team and other functions as needed.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • ​Raising and receipting purchase orders
  • ​Raising job numbers
  • Employee hotel bookings
  • ​Producing safe dig reports
  • ​Billing
  • ​Subcontract agreement and insurance management
  • ​Job scheduling
  • ​Uploading quotes to the internal system
  • ​General up-keep of documentation
  • ​Liaison with accounts and other functions
  • ​Maintaining database information

About You

You will have the following Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 GCSE’s Grade 4-9 (A*-C) or equivalent

You will have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferable
  • ​Work scheduling experience would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of the Utilities industry would be beneficial
