Due to our ongoing growth and success here at ABS Commercial Solutions, we are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator / Sales Ledger Clerk to work within our busy finance and administration team at Buckshaw Village, Chorley for a full-time, permanent role.
ABS Commercial Solutions offer skilled interims to tier one and tier two clients across the civil engineering, telecoms, and utilities sectors on a fixed-term or project basis. We offer several services across the commercial industry including commercial support, bid support, dispute resolution, procurement, commercial auditing, contract formation, and commercial training.
You will be required to ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounting records for transactions, preparing weekly and monthly reports, and processing expense records and invoices.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase invoices and resolution of queries
- Processing sales invoices and credit card transactions
- Statement reconciliations
- Processing bank transactions
- Answering phone calls / general administration work
- Other tasks, depending on the candidate(s), could include bank reconciliations and reporting on debtors and creditors
The suitable candidate will have a good eye for detail and would suit either a bright individual with ample enthusiasm with the willingness to learn and develop long term or a candidate with previous finance or bookkeeping experience that is looking to join an established growing business.
