Salary: GBP50000 - GBP55000 per annum + Additional benefits

A forward-thinking, commercial, and thriving, national utilities and infrastructure service provider that operate on both public and private networks are currently looking to strengthen their team with a Group Compliance & Systems Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

Working as a Group Compliance & Systems Manager within a business that has undergone huge growth and restructure, due to its success, you will be required to consult with a wide range of internal & external stakeholders, with the aim to ensure the division retains, achieves, and complies with all accreditations along with continuous service delivery improvements. Reporting at the Group level, you will be required to work on your own initiative and have the mentality to challenge and make a difference within a fast-paced environment.
In this exciting role, you will:
• Lead on the fulfillment of our compliance data management system
• Provide specialist advice on all issues relating to management systems, including regulatory and legislative requirements
• Ensure systems are compliant, support groups objectives, and meet client requirements
• Support business development and tendering activities around accreditations and business systems.
• Effective change management including control and communication across the business


What you'll need

• You’ll have an excellent track record of compliance or data management, ideally focused within the Utilities and Infrastructure sector.
• You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical, complex issues to the non-specialist staff at a variety of levels.
• You’ll have a solid understanding of relevant legislative requirements ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 all demonstrable through relevant qualification and work experience.
• You’ll have experience and the ability to create and manage robust processes and controls to manage the compliance function, including managing large amounts of data, and audit these processes and controls to provide assurance.
• You will ideally be certified IV in Compliance and Risk Management

The role will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders across a group of businesses, so a positive approach to collaborative team working is essential.
