At ABS Commercial Solutions, we’re leading professionals in telecoms and utilities support. We have a dedicated team of directly employed surveyors working across multiple projects throughout the UK.
Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are recruiting additional Fibre S11 Surveyors (FTTP / PON) to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in FTTP Surveying on the Openreach network and be willing to travel or potentially work away 2-3 nights per week, although local opportunities are available.
Responsibilities can include
- Surveying infrastructures to assess and record their suitability and document outcomes
- Dealing directly with the end client managing expectations
- Understanding existing Fibre Optic Network infrastructure including ducts and potentials for upgrades
- Surveying Fibre Routes through buildings and MDUs
- Planning civils works for FTTP where required
Qualifications / Experience
- Surveying experience
- S11 Accreditation & S13 Accreditation – expired accreditations can be renewed with us.
- Orion Experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
In return, we offer a full-time permanent position, a salary of £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, dependent upon skill set and experience within the industry.
