Our client is a leading Utilities and infrastructure business, that has gone through huge growth and success are continuing their journey and looking to enhance their HR team with a newly created role of an Assistant HR Business Partner. This role will underpin their existing team and provide HR support to various business units and senior leadership teams across the business.
As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you will be required to work closely with the HR team contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems, practices, policies, and procedures. You will be communicating with key stakeholders across the group in relation to various matters from performance and sickness management to resource planning, people development, and employee engagement.
As a successful Assistant HR Business Partner, you will have previous experience as an HR / Senior HR Advisor, you will be capable and competent at working in a fast-paced environment, have an ability to think outside the box with a highly organised nature to manage and achieve deadlines. Ideally, you will have achieved your CIPD Level 5 or be actively working towards this. This role does involve travel to other sites / overnight stays.
In return, our client offers a starting salary of £30,000 per annum plus a company car allowance and various additional company benefits. You will gain a vast amount of experience and exposure to a busy HR department within a thriving and growing group of companies.
