Gi Group are looking for experienced van drivers for a temporary to permanent role in Droitwich, with a well-known national brand delivering a rage of products from hygiene to safety to stationary and more!

Van driver pay rate

·        £13.45 per hour

Van driver shifts

·        Monday to Friday

·        07:00-15:30 shifts

·        40 hours per week

·        No weekends or nights

·        Once permanent can have flexible start times depending on operational requirements

Van driver job role

·        35-40 deliveries per day of various products

·        Range of customer including businesses, schools and hospitals

·        Loading and unloading of vehicle

·        Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with road safety regulations

·        Representing the company professionally and positively at all times

·        Managing delivery paperwork and handheld technology accurately

·        Providing excellent customer service at every delivery

Requirements

·        In date, UK, driving licence with at least 1 years experience

·        No more than 6 points on licence (SP codes only please)

·        Strong customer service skills

·        Reliable, professional, and punctual approach

·        Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

·        Ability to work independently and manage your route effectively

·        Willing and able to do a physical role

·        Must be happy to have a DBS check, this is essential for the role, which we can provide

·        Must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes
