The Client

Our client is 100% Australian owned and operated company manufacturing premium specialised fertilisers for use in commercial and amenity horticulture, agriculture, and turf as well as home gardens.

About the role

Due to the continued growth of our client they are looking for a Warehouse trainee to help support the production team. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining quality assurance
  • Pick, pack, and despatch stock
  • Maintaining OHS policies and compliance
  • Loading and unloading of products

This is located at North Tivoli and is a role that will enable you to build your knowledge of the company and its products within a Warehouse Environment. On successful completion of a Warehousing qualification.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to have.

  • Drivers Licence is a must
  • Strong computer skills
  • Forklift Licence (mandatory)
  • Front Loader/Telehandler Licence (highly desirable);
  • Work autonomously on set tasks through to completion
  • A positive and can-do attitude, including having a desire to complete a qualification at certificate 3 level or above
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work within a small team environment and follow instructions
