Pay Rate: £13.54 – £17.60 per hour (depending on shift)
Shifts: 3-Shift Rotation

• Days: 06:00 – 14:00
• Backs: 13:45 – 20:45
• Nights: 20:45 – 06:00

About the Role

We are currently recruiting Machine Operatives for long-term temporary work within a busy metal production/manufacturing environment in Billingham. This role offers consistent hours, ongoing work, and the chance to be part of a well-established and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating machinery within a metal production process
• Feeding metal into machines and monitoring production flow
• Cutting and preparing metal materials
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a metal or manufacturing environment
• Experience feeding metal into machines and cutting metal
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and safety-conscious
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
