Warehouse Operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operatives to work on a temporary basis for our client in the Warrington area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages from company vehicles.
• Scan, sort and label them as required, and report any issues that arise - such as damaged packages or prohibited items.
• Maintaining our clients’ excellent standard of service to their customers is key priority.

 

This is physically demanding position that involves a lot of walking and heavy lifting. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a warehouse environment, be physically fit and have good attention to detail.

 

This is a part time role working 8-24 hours a week over 1 to 3 shifts, mainly focused Monday-Wednesday with optional other days available.

Pay rates:

£9.60ph for a Day shift
£9.60ph for an Afternoon Shift
£11.30ph for a Night shift

Shifts:

Day shift requires you to be available between 06.30am - 14.30pm
Afternoon shift requires you to be available between 14:30pm - 22:30pm
Night shift requires you to be available between 22:30pm - 06:30am

Own transport is desirable due to the location of the site and we will ensure you’re fully equipped to undertake this role through training as part of your induction.

All candidates must possess good verbal and written English as there will be some correlation in this role.
