About the Role:
This is a senior leadership role overseeing end-to-end payroll delivery across predominately APAC regions. A mix of in-house and outsourced processing, this role sits within a high-performing & collaborative function and reports into executive leadership.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining excellence in global payroll operations, providing oversight and guidance to your team, and managing external vendor relationships. Your strategic mindset and ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of senior payroll specialists
- Oversee timely and compliant payroll delivery across global regions (including vendor management)
- Drive continuous improvement across payroll systems and processes
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across Finance, HR, and external providers
- Provide expert advice on payroll legislation, risk mitigation, and internal governance
- Support change initiatives across the payroll function, fostering a mindset of adaptability and innovation

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, develop, and support a high-performing team
- Excellent stakeholder management, confident working with internal executives and external vendors alike
- Technically sound with a deep understanding of payroll systems, compliance, and controls
