As the business continues to enhance its UKG environment, they're looking for a hands-on UKG System Administrator to join the team and play a key role in supporting, maintaining and optimising their UKG platform.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day administration, configuration and support of the UKG Workforce Management system. You'll work closely with Payroll, HR and business stakeholders to maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure the platform continues to meet operational needs.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the detail, solving technical challenges and improving system functionality. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to ongoing enhancements and optimisation projects as the UKG environment continues to evolve.
Duties
- Administer and maintain the UKG Workforce Management system
- Configure pay rules, accruals, schedules and workforce settings
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support
- Partner with Payroll, HR and operational stakeholders to resolve system queries
- Support testing, upgrades, patches and system enhancements
- Assist with integrations and data validation across connected systems
- Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience administering UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions or Workforce Central)
- Strong understanding of UKG configuration and system administration
- Experience configuring pay rules, accruals, scheduling or timekeeping modules
- Exposure to testing, system upgrades and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident working with Payroll, HR and business stakeholders
- Experience with integrations or enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP or Oracle is highly regarded
