On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join on an initial 12-month contract. As the Administrative Assistant, you will work within the Supply Chain area of the organisation – working closely with the HO Supply Chain Operations UK and the Business Integration Manager.

Role: Administrative Assistant
Pay: £20.34 per hour via Umbrella
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Contract: 12-month contract
Location: Broughton – hybrid working
IR35 Status: Inside
SC Clearance: BPSS clearance

Responsibilities

• Support in assisting the HO and their leadership team in organisational and administrative tasks.
• Agenda Management/ set up meeting invitation and room bookings.
• Support new joiners process.
• Travel booking.
• Define and anticipate needs, when possible, organise and plan meetings and align with other areas of the business.
• Support in organization of events.
• Take charge the cascade of internal and external information in the team
• Contribute to positive working relationships and act as facilitator within the team and with stakeholders.
