Starteam Support Engineer (BBBH13576) Newport, Wales

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Starteam Support Engineer to join on an initial 6-month contract. As the Starteam Support Engineer, you will be required to support the Strateam application. This software is used for documentation control / lifestyle management within both a secure and restricted network. Basic support and administration services are required for a maximum user base of 300 users for the secure network and 700 users for the restricted network.
Role: Starteam Support Engineer
Pay: £500 per day via Umbrella
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours a week
Contract: 6-month contract
Location: Newport – fully onsite
IR35 Status: Inside
SC Clearance: Current SC clearance, UK nationals only (no dual nationals)
Responsibilities
The Starteam Support Engineer will be required to provide support to the following areas:
- Application user management
- Support for troubleshooting
- Version control
- Patching
- Product Delivery Manager services to achieve the smooth operation of the application including interfacing with the business when required

The Starteam support Engineer will require proven skills, experience, and attributes in the following:
