With offices located throughout Australia this well established Electrical Tier 1 company has extensive experience in the Australian building market are exceeding expectations and continuing to dominate the markets they specialise in. They are renowned for delivering projects in the commercial sectors with a value of anything up to around $20M. Due to an extensive project pipeline, they are looking to add an experience Senior Project Manager (electrical) to their leadership team based in Brisbane.
The role – Senior Project Manager - $20 M
We are looking for a Project Manager to join a major player in the Australian builder market and join their Brisbane team. You will join an experienced site team and initially responsible for the delivery of an $15M Commercial project located in the Brisbane Metro area.
This is a long term career move with a Tier 1 builder that already have a great name who are growing in QLD.
We are looking for someone who has
Tertiary Education in Construction or a related degree
- Experience on projects of $15M plus
- Exposure to D&C build
- Stability on your CV is a must
- A strong electrical building background is essential given the nature of the role and project pipeline
- Strong commercial background is preferred
- Experience with a well known mid-tier/ Tier 1 builder
- Be well presented and keen to progress in your career
- Must be a team player
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship skills
