About the role

The Student Services Coordinator (SSC) drives the quality of campus-based student experience through the expert application of Institutional Policies and Procedures, coordination of campus-based student services staff and collaboration with other key stakeholders. The SSC is customer focused, able to manage competing priorities and provide support to the Campus Manager and National Manager of Student Experience in achieving key campus-based and organisational strategic goals.

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

  • An undergraduate degree; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for the provision of excellent customer service;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google suite
  • Experience within a tertiary student services/student experience function
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm disposition, particularly during peak periods
