Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Administrator – Chemistry Programme in the School of Chemical and Physical Sciences. This is a permanent role, part-time role and makes a significant contribution to the administrative support structure with the school.
- Provide accurate and timely administrative and operational support to staff and school manager in the areas of Chemistry graduate/postgraduate programmes.
- Provide a client focused approach to current and prospective student needs.
- Provide administration support for conferences, workshops, seminars, events and functions hosted by the school.

You will be a motivated, customer-focused individual who can take the initiative, provide excellent administration support.
