Victoria University of Wellington has two fixed-term opportunities until December 2020 for a motivated and experienced web developer looking for their next challenge.

We are looking for an experienced CMS developer who naturally develops solutions that support our mobile-first, responsive development approach. You should be proficient with HTML, Javascript, and CSS and familiar with APIs and the rest of the modern web development toolchain. Experience with a large scale enterprise CMS or responsive email design and coding would be great.

Above all, you will be a self-starter who works well with a high performing team and is keen to make a difference and contribute to our successes.

This role is part of the University’s Digital Engagement team within the Communications, Marketing and Engagement group. Our group leads the University’s internal and external marketing, communications, websites, alumni relations, publishing and events initiatives. The group communicates with more than 2,000 staff, 22,000 students, more than 80,000 alumni and a diverse range of external stakeholders.
