Reporting to the Manager, Pasifika Student Success Team, you will directly support Pasifika students who are undertaking tertiary study.  You will undertake activities that increase the engagement of students and ensure that Pasifika students are receiving all the support they need to succeed.  Your work with the Faculty and using established methods of holistic support practices, and academic support programmes, means that your work will contribute to both the achievement and ongoing retention of Pasifika students in the education and the arts programmes.  This is a high profile and high value role, and Victoria is committed to improving the outcomes for Pasifika students.
