The Faculty of Education, Te Whānau o Ako Pai at Victoria University of Wellington invites applications for a Teaching Experience Coordinator, Education Professional Practice and Partnerships Office.

The successful candidate will coordinate the placement of student teachers for teaching experiences and build and maintain high quality relationships and partnerships between the Faculty’s initial teacher education programmes and schools, kura and centres.

Applicants would be expected to have experience in early childhood, primary or secondary education. The successful candidate have a proven ability to build effective relationships and/or partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, colleagues and students.

We welcome applications from people with experience in Māori or Pacific education communities. The Faculty of Education maintains a strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
