Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a School Administrator to join the School of Education.

This is an opportunity for someone with experience in and an aptitude for administration to contribute to the smooth running of the School. 

Ō pūmanawa - About you

You will be part of the team responsible for the efficient running of administrative services to staff and students in all their diversity, including providing reception services, course administration, tutor recruitment and contracts, data entry, meeting health and safety requirements, taking minutes, and other administration tasks. 

You will also be supporting other administrators, the School Manager, Head of Schools, Programme Directors, School Academic Staff and students. 

We are a small tight knit small team (4) supporting the School of Education. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the ability to meet the necessary deadlines to support the School. We need you to be customer focused supporting our internal and external customers. 

We are a high performing team with great team spirit that works well together to achieve its objectives. We are looking forward to welcoming the right person to join us.
