Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

We are currently recruiting a School Administrator to join the School of Languages and Cultures administration team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with experience in and aptitude for administration to contribute to the seamless operation within our school. This position works co-operatively as part of the administration team, requires a level of flexibility and has the ability to integrate individual duties with the work of others to achieve team goals in a busy and challenging work environment.

This role is permanent part-time - 30 hours per week.

Ō pūmanawa - About you

You will be part of the team responsible for maintaining efficient administrative services to staff and students from a diverse range of backgrounds, this role includes frontline duties, course administration, tutor recruitment and contracts, data entry, health and safety representation, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks.
