Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is looking for a Student Fee Adviser to join the Student Finance team.

The Student Finance team manages fees, levies and payments and also provides students with financial and budget advice and access to the university Hardship Fund.

This busy team ensures the efficient and effective management of student fee policies and processes.  You’ll provide timely and accurate advice to students, prospective students and staff on tuition payments, student financial matters, and account management including debt management.

You will ideally have some experience of accounting or finance support as you will be expected to manage student accounts, payments, cashiering and report on debt.

 

You must have proven customer service skills as this role will require you to deal with a variety of staff, students and external agencies. Strong Excel, Word and Outlook experience is essential along with good organisational skills.
