Executive Assistant and Office Manager (Permanent, Full-time)

Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences and Education (HSSE)
The Office of the PVC, HSSE has an opening for an experienced EA and/or Office Manager to provide high quality executive services and organisational and administrative support to the PVC as well as to oversee the effective and efficient operation of the Office of the PVC.
We require someone who has:
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Previous experience in an executive support, administration or office management role within a large and/or complex organisation
- High level oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience in dealing with highly confidential information and sensitive situations.
- Ability to manage fluctuations in workload, prioritise and deal with ambiguity
