Te Herenga Waka has an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer to join our Library Systems and Integration Development team. This permanent, full-time position is well suited to an individual that is looking to work collaboratively within a supportive and inspiring university environment which embraces equity and diversity with opportunities to progress your career.

In this role, you will be contributing to and shaping the development capability for the library, where you will work closely with teams across the Library and the wider University to develop and improve the Library’s enterprise systems through integration and adopting UX principles and design thinking.

 

The successful applicant will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in web application development.
  • Experience in developing and managing web platforms, applications, technologies, responsive design, security and protocols.
  • Proven experience in API design and development.
  • Understanding and experience of Agile methodologies and practices.
