Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Admissions and Enrolments Adviser to join the Admissions and Enrolments team. This is a role within a team of 8 Advisers and is fixed term until 11 March 2021.
The Admissions and Enrolments Adviser has responsibility for providing efficient and timely services and information for admitting and enrolling students to Victoria University of Wellington in line with policies and procedures.
You will be part of a team providing frontline services for students and staff on phones, in person and by email ensuring accurate and timely advice. You will also produce and distribute student ID cards ensuring appropriate access.
You must have excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders and resolve admission and enrolment queries and cases. As well as being comfortable learning new software, you will also require strong customer service skills.
Experience of the tertiary sector environment is desirable and ideally you will also bring experience of working in a collaborative team with a focus on delivering an exceptional student experience.
