Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a well organised, experienced Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer for a six-month fixed term contract.  

You will have proven experience in an EA role working with a senior manager within a large and complex organisation. 

 

Ō pūmanawa - About you 

You will have:  

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. 
  • Ability to work independently and to take initiative as appropriate. 
  • A high standard of professionalism. 
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle competing and changing priorities.
