We are looking for an MSI & REX HANDOVER MANAGER for one of our clients with the following details:
Location: Paris La Défense
Contract Duration: 1 year
The missions of the MSI & REX Referent are:
- Within the Operations & Maintenance Department, the MSI & REX Referent works in close collaboration with the Regional Operation and Maintenance Agencies, to whom he / she provides technical and methodological support during the various stages of handover and industrial commissioning of the plants. The MSI & REX Referent is responsible for capitalizing on expertise at all levels of the company.
- Defines, updates and makes available a commissioning repository for new assets as well as for those that have benefited from complex retrofits or revamping
- Provides technical and methodological support to O&M agencies during the different stages of handover and industrial commissioning of power plants
- In some cases, intervenes during commissioning to solve complex problems
- Created training materials and organized sessions to train maintenance technicians and operations managers on procurement
- Contributes to the design of power plants by integrating the constraints and needs related to operation, operation and maintenance
- Creates and updates a repository of architectures and technical solutions (Catalogs, standards)
- Represents the Directorate for the procurement process
- Centralizes information relating to commissioning (planning, execution, acceptance) and provides its management with regular reporting on the proper execution of these services.
- Implements and manages the capitalization and restitution of knowledge (knowledge management)
- Analyzes the different REX and proposes solutions to improve the technical and economic performance of the assets
- Sets up a regulatory watch
