Job scope -
- Good knowledge of Intune/SCCM to able to configure and support . Experience with packaging software and deploy through SCCM is ideal.
- Hyper -V and VMware experience to both setup/support
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues for both hardware/software related technologies
- Liaise with customers at all levels; end user support from technical to non-literate IT staff. Support is mainly provided remotely
- Troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing all installed systems and infrastructure
- Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff
- Liaise with service desk and attend to allocated tickets and manage to closure
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and how some networking devices such as switches, or firewalls operate
- Cloud exposure for both AWS and Azure; although not mandatory but is required as part of ongoing support
- Experience in managing some monitoring tools and systems automation as required for better efficiency
- Experience in compiling as build or design documents
- Proven experience in a similar position with minimum of 5 years’ experience
