Job Scope :
- Immediate start
- Ongoing Contract
- Excellent Customer Service
- Supporting Windows 10 Desktop SOE
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting M365 application suite I.e. Outlook, One Drive for Business, Word, Excel, MS Teams
- Experience with Managing user and computer objects in Active Directory
- New Site setups including installing hardware including switches, servers, Wireless Access Points
- Mobile Device Support Experience with Intune Enrolment
- SCCM experience – troubleshooting issues with application installations, desktop patching compliance
Personal Skills:
- Resilient and able to face and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to solve technical problems quickly and clearly to a customer face to face.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form with clients and end-users is compulsory.
