Service Desk Engineer - Level 2 | Melbourne (JAV-SYD_KT94393) Melbourne, Australia

 

  • Immediate start
  • 3 months Contract with possibility of extension or permanent.
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Supporting Windows 10 Desktop SOE
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting M365 application suite I.e. Outlook, One Drive for Business, Word, Excel, MS Teams
  • Experience with Managing user and computer objects in Active Directory
  • New Site setups including installing hardware including switches, servers, Wireless Access Points
  • Mobile Device Support Experience with Intune Enrolment
  • SCCM experience – troubleshooting issues with application installations, desktop patching compliance

  • Resilient and able to face and resolve conflicts.
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Ability to solve technical problems quickly and clearly to a customer face to face.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form with clients and end-users is compulsory.

 

 

Note -

There is a very high chance this will turn into a full time postion in January.The end client is based in Swanson Street, Melbourne CBD. They also have parking on site if needed.The travelling between sites are all within the CBD and you would have access to a pooled car or a company uber.
