General Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a ICT Engineer in qatar with experience in project bidding and proposals
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with regulations, standards and best practices in the field of IT and Security Systems
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate project deliverables between them
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to transfrom client requirements into technical proposal
- Time management and Team player skills

Preferred Experience:
- 10 years in ICT projects in the field of Networking, Servers, Operating systems, Data centers. ELV systems and security systems experience is a plus.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work with and coordinate between multinational team
- Understanding scope requirements and Tender Preparations
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Powerpoint, excel, word)

Responsibilities:
- Participates in the Proposal/Bidding process for ICT packages
- Oversee the integration of various proposed systems
- Support the technical and logistics team
- Review engineering deliverables
- Produce and review design drawings, schematics, technical write-ups
- Coordinate all technical issues the Bidding Teams
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, performance standards and specifications
- Interact with the client’s Engineering team to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the bid
- Perform overall quality control
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
