Job duties
Job purpose: increase revenue and minimize cost of the project thanks to optimization of materials & equipment supply chain and sourcing/procurement
- Support and control of logistic strategy (planning, organizing, coordinating)
- Collection, control and updating of information about companies from Hungary and EU countries which produce materials and equipment to be used for construction of the nuclear power plants
- Development and regular update of databases of manufacturers, producers, suppliers of materials (cement, sand, gravel, rebar, etc.) and equipment
- Monitoring and sourcing of new opportunities of logistics for materials and equipment supply
- Identification of risks in business processes of procurement and supply of materials and equipment
- Evaluation of the required number, location and characteristics of the logistics and warehouse facilities
- Implementation of combined, intermodal and multimodal means of logistics to deliver materials and equipment and to maximize cost savings
- Preparation of orders, requests and other regulatory documents for operation of the branch
Requirements
- Hungarian-native, English-upper- intermediate, Russian - intermediate (able to sustain an interview in russian)
- Not less than 3 years of experience in logistics (preferably in Hungary and EU).
