About Us:
Ignite On-Demand (Managed Services) is part of the Ignite group (ASX listed company) which has been serving our business Partners throughout Australia and New Zealand for over 40 years. We are seeking for an IT Support Generalist/Admin to work as a contractor for one of clients based in Perth.
Benefits:
- Role is based in Perth, potential to WFH occasionally
- Training will be provided by the client on the requirements
- Position would be for an initial 6 months and if successful with the role extended to a long term
Scope of Works:
- Processing of software renewals
- Processing of software purchases (new software and additional licenses)
- Reporting on Hardware Lease information
- Assisting in software license reporting
- Support the desktop support team when not occupied with the above tasks
Must Have:
- Show initiative in taking responsibility to achieve an outcome
- Excel Skills
- Power BI
- Very analytical and enjoy finding an easier, more efficient process to implement
- Ability to work autonomously
- Have a customer-centric mentality and understand that listening is the key to unlocking the problem-solving capability
