  • Opportunity to work with leaders supporting the C&I Divisional leadership team in the recruitment of critical roles within C&I.
  • Supporting and driving bulk recruitment campaigns for our ever expanding division as we continue to grow
  • We want you to provide expertise, advise and training to front line and middle managers on recruitment to ensure consistency and efficiency across the C&I division.
  • You will be auditing and reviewing recruitment practises across the C&I division, ensuring correct processes are followed.
  • With the majority of the HR team based interstate, you will be a self-motivator, where each day is yours to drive and succeed in.

Qualifications and experience:

  • A bachelors degree in Human Resource Management is desirable 
  • Experience in stakeholder management and significant recruitment campaigns
  • Experience in facilitating training and being comfortable to speak in public.
  • Experience in the Post secondary education industry is desirable.

Expertise and abilities:

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders including hiring managers, candidates and external agents.
  • Articulate, highly motivated, disciplined, team-orientated
  • Possess highly developed interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills
  • Decision-making, team-building and team-working skills
  • Demonstrate leadership and coordination skills
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to communicate with employees and partners from a range of cultural and educational backgrounds
  • Prioritise duties, and seek clarification and guidance from manager when faced with competing priorities
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of equal opportunity, equity and workplace health and safety principles and ability to implement them at the strategic and/or operational level
  • IT literacy
