Technical Specification Sales Manager – Passive Fire Protection for Facades & Cladding - UK South & Midlands
(Candidates for this role should ideally be based in the UK South/Central region)
The Company:
A new vacancy for a Technical Specification Sales Manager with UK division of leading international provider of safe and economical Passive Protection Products for Facades & Cladding. The company’s products are used in some of the most complex and high-profile construction schemes both in the UK and globally. Products range from standard foams and sealants to complete fire protection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with Customers/ potential Customers in person, by phone, site visits, demonstrations
Obtaining and forwarding orders
New business development and key account management
Working in conjunction with Fire Protection Product Manager based overseas
Conducting CPD seminars/training for customers
Candidate Profile:
You will have a proven track record in the Construction sector
Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of Passive Fire Protection within the facades/cladding market
Conversant with construction site procedures
Experience of selling to major contractors, subcontractors and distributors
Experience of managing change in specifications
Ability to deliver CPD seminars and give practical demonstrations of technical products
Engineering background advantageous
Fire Protection application knowledge at site level
