This global Manufacturer of Engineered components wish to appoint an Electronics Engineer to give tech support to their UK customers and sales team and to manage a group of products in the UK and Ireland.

The role is Multi-faceted offering the customers an in depth consultancy on the use and applications of a range of components in addition to the commercial planning forecasting, budgeting and reporting for the products.

Our ideal candidate will be a Graduate Electronics Engineer ( HNC level candidate would be considered). We are open minded about background however someone who has worked in either Technical support, techncal product management, account management may be relevant and ideally someone with a components sales related background.

The role involves about 2 days a week on client sites typically consulting at design review meetings with three days a week in their Berkshire offices or home working as per the current climate.

The role is also responsible for co-coordinating activities with the company's global manufacturing facilities and is part of the team that set and manage the commercial budgetary piece within the UK business for this particular group of products.

Essentially what we seek is a good technical engineer who is both at home in a customer facing role and who has the commercial bandwidth to make an impact on the performance of this product group.

The company is a Blue Chip brand name business.  A fully expensed car is also provided.
